Jen graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005 with a BS in Psychology. While in Wisconsin, Jen worked in a variety of settings that exposed her to the growing needs of individuals with Autism, specifically focusing on home therapy and behavioral intervention programs. Jen moved to the Bay Area in 2005 to pursue a career in the health and wellness industry, training individuals of all abilities. In 2006, Jen combined her passion for working with individuals with special needs to that of the health and wellness industry and started a program called FITBuddies, small group training for individuals with special needs.
Adrien is originally from San Francisco where his passion for recreation and education was born. His Mother, Father and older brother are all teachers, and he followed in suit teaching Elementary School P.E. before moving to Santa Clara.
Adrien helps businesses large and small in the Silicon Valley nearly all their business needs with Office Depot, as Business Development/Account Manager.
One of his many passions is photography, which he was able to share with the CAA community in the form a workshop in '16, and is looking add more instruction to our curriculum soon!
Born in India and moved to the United States for her graduate degree in Architecture, Suchitha has lived in the Silicon Valley since the early 90’s. Growing up, she was deeply touched by an aunt who has Down syndrome and so she decided to get involved with CAA since its’ early days.
Suchitha is currently Senior Director of Engineering at VMware, leading Storage and Availability Quality Engineering organization. She brings more than 20 years of experience as an engineering professional in the software industry. She has led teams in the delivery of major software solutions in virtualization, storage, networking, and web-based applications. Jonathon Feit is Co-Founder & Chief Executive of Beyond Lucid Technologies, a software company that connects ambulances and hospitals prior to the patient's arrival, and documents patients' prehospital care over time. A widely published marketing expert focused on new media and the strategic use of information technology, Jonathon has presented to audiences that include the 2012 Morgenthaler Ventures DC to VC competition, Health 2.0, the mHealth Summit, the Skolkovo Foundation (Moscow), and Young Inventors International. In 2009 Jonathon was honored to serve as an MBA Intern in the White House Office of Management & Budget (Performance & Personnel Management division), where he helped spearhead the redesign and relaunch of USAJOBS.gov – the “Face of Federal Hiring.”

He is a member of the National Press Club (USA), with an extensive consumer business and trade publications list that includes Forbes.com, BusinessWeek.com, Mediabistro.com, Advertising Age, 944 Los Angeles, EMS World, and The Health Care Blog. He was a finalist for the 2010 WPP Fellowship.
Jonathon has Tourette’s Syndrome and is passionate about advocating on behalf of people with disabilities. Concurrent with his professional activities, and following a short term in the U.S. Army Reserve, he engaged in scholarly research on the etiology and treatment of psychiatric disorders including Post-Traumatic Stress. He has presented original papers before the World Congress of Psychosomatic Medicine (2009) and the American Academy of Religion (2004), and edited a textbook chapter on the pharmacological treatment of epilepsy. Jonathon holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, and a Combined BA/MA cum laude in “Psychology, Religion, and Conflict Negotiations” from Boston University. He earned graduate certificates in Mediation from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine School of Law, and in Entrepreneurship Development from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Brian was born in Tokyo, Japan, but spent K-12 in Athens, Greece, Livorno and Rome Italy and Arlington Virginia. He received B.A. Anthropology from George Washington University and graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 1972. He has National Certification to teach grades K-6 and TEFL Certification, MA Ancient History University of Fundamental Knowledge, Oxford Network, St. Petersburg, Russian Federation 2008. Brian has been a lighting manufacturer’s representative at 16500 Inc, Lighting Systems Inc, Lightolier and Holophane from 1982 to present.
Toni has been a resident of San Jose since getting her B.A. and California Teaching Credential from San Jose State. She has a M.A. in Bilingual/Cross-cultural Education from Santa Clara University and thirty-eight years of experience in public education. Her years as a middle school principal prepared her for the many joys and challenges of working with the diverse population of our valley. She has an understanding of and a passion for working with special ability populations. In addition, she has worked in concert with many community agencies in bringing arts education as well as life skills services to her school for all students. She has been a teacher trainer, an officer with the Santa Clara County Reading Council, a volunteer with the Santa Clara County Senior Centers, Montalvo Arts Center, and is currently active at the local and state level with the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, a professional organization for women in education. She has a strong belief in the principles, mission, and vision of the College of Adaptive Arts and she is committed to equal opportunity to lifelong education for all individuals.
Loni Spratt is from Chino Hills, CA, she has a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Southern California. She is an entrepreneur and has launched and managed two successful businesses within the staffing and recruiting industry. Prior to owning her two businesses, Loni previously worked in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles, CA where she worked both as a performer in TV shows and films and as a manager associate for a small entertainment management/production company helping to manage a client roster of 50+ actors, directors and writers.
Mimi was born and raised in the Bay Area. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a BA and earned her MA at San Francisco State She has a teaching credential and has taught elementary school in San Francisco and San Jose. She has a daughter with special needs who is 10 years old. She is currently working at Saratoga Springs.
Shar is an experienced senior manager in channel sales, marketing, business development, channel management, customer service and support for service (cloud), hardware and software industry leaders. She is currently the Director of Business Development of NetChannels, a local business for over 18 years building channel strategies, developing recruitment programs, and growing partners. She is a leader in the community, serving on many philanthropic & charitable organizations, including the Almaden Women’s Club & Bret Hart Middle School Community Club.
