For adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, opportunities to build friendships and participate in community life can become harder to find after high school.
CAA Social Recreation creates more places for those relationships to grow naturally.

Annual CAA Golf Classic
Registration Is Open!
Get ready for the Annual CAA Golf Classic on Monday, October 12 at the Santa Teresa Golf Club!
Registration is now live! Join us for a fun and memorable 9-hole tournament supporting the College of Adaptive Arts. Bring your company team, gather a group of friends, or come out for a great afternoon on the course!
What makes this tournament special? Your 4th player will be a CAA student golfer, creating a unique and inclusive golf experience.
Golfers of all skill levels are welcome! Come play, connect, and support CAA students.
When: Monday, October 12, 2026
Time: 3:00 PM shotgun start, dinner & awards to follow

Music & Disability Performance
Two Voices. Two Visions.
For the first time ever, country musician Nick Tayler and songwriter Henry Evans will meet in person after five years of remote collaboration, bringing their powerful partnership to life on stage.
This free celebration, organized by the College of Adaptive Arts, honors National Disability Employment Awareness Month with music, creativity, and inclusion at its heart. Special performances will also feature Audrey Walker and CAA student Nathalie Montes de Oca, blending voice and sign language in a unique collaboration.
Seating is first come, first served. RSVP by October 9 to secure your spot!

Halloween Silent Disco
Put on your headphones… it's time to party!
Co-sponsored by the San Francisco Autism Society.
Get ready to move, groove, and connect at this inclusive Silent Disco! With wireless headsets, you choose your own music and volume. Dance, sing, or just enjoy the vibe. This Halloween-themed party is all about music, creativity, and fun. Costumes are welcome if you’d like to dress up!
Not into dancing? Chill spaces, games, and arts & crafts await.
