The Cardinal “Rock Squad” Cheerleading Team promotes school spirit and community connection through participation and performance at games, parades, and other community events.
Our Golf, Walking, and Bowling Teams practice every one to two weeks at sponsoring community locations, practicing skills and enjoying community sporting events where they exhibit learned sportsmanship and seasonal work toward their personal best.
Pound Fit instruction encourages students to rock out with weighted drumsticks. Class members air drum and pound their way to fitness in these popular classes that meet each students' physical needs and music preferences.
CAA Cardinals can also build their fitness and whole-person health through outside elective credits and onsite workshops.
Classes like Mindfulness, Seated Yoga, and Dance of Peace classes help students to strengthen and center their body, mind, and spirit to approach their experiences and the world from a place of strength, balance, and calm.
Courses in Nutrition and Cooking teach excitement for healthful lifestyles through understanding of the role of food in our lives, and how to prepare delicious and healthy dishes to nourish ourselves and others.
