Nicole Kim is a distinguished leader with over 25 years of experience in program management and operations in the tech industry. Her impressive career includes leadership roles at top-tier companies such as PayPal, eBay, Indeed, Instagram, and Cigna Healthcare.

In addition to her tech career, Nicole has been a dedicated educator at the College of Adaptive Arts (CAA) for the past 15 years, where she teaches Speaking with Confidence, Joy of Baking, and Intro to Employment Skills. Her transition from the tech industry to her new role as Executive Director at CAA underscores her commitment to supporting the organization's mission.

Nicole is focused on creating an equitable and lifelong collegiate experience for individuals with disabilities. Her leadership style, characterized by empathy and a deep appreciation for every individual's contribution, has been a major contributor to the success of her teams.

Nicole lives in San Jose with her husband. She has three grown children, one teenager, two dogs, and three cats.
